The Muslim Council of Britain was pleased to advise Amazon on their TV advert entitled ‘Different but the same’ which was first aired on 16th November 2016. The advert told a touching story of friendship between a Vicar and an Imam, and the spirit of giving. The advert was well-received by the public and projected a much-needed message of building bonds between people of different faiths.
The advert starred real faith leaders, Rev Gary Bradley, the vicar of Little Venice and Imam Zubeir Hassam, the principal of the Muslim School Oadby in Leicestershire.
