Muslims are part of the mosaic of British society. However, Islam is still one of the world’s most misunderstood religions.

Many Muslims wear visible signs of their faith, which can lead to the perpetuation of stereotypes and myths.

People often do not have the opportunity to speak to a knowledgeable Muslim, ask the questions they want or develop a better understanding of the faith that one fifth of humanity follows.

Our experience in delivering effective short courses means the benefits will last you a lifetime. This one day course will cover:

• Beliefs of Islam and Muslims
• Role of the Mosque and Imams
• History of Muslims in Britain
• Contemporary issues

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers
