Yesterday, (11 December 2016), the Mail on Sunday retracted its bogus and sensationalist headline about “Isolated British Muslims” after a complaint by the Muslim Council of Britain’s Assistant Secretary General, Miqdaad Versi.

The headline initially claimed that “Isolated British Muslims are so cut off from the rest of society that they see the UK as 75 per cent Islamic, shock report reveals” – actually, the report was talking about only one school, and the reference to Muslims was totally unjustifiable.
