The Muslim Council of Britain is to hold its Annual General Meeting this Sunday 8th June 2008 at the London Muslim Centre, Whitechapel, London.

The AGM will include the holding of elections for the central working committee and all the main MCB office bearer positions. The afternoon session will include a panel discussion on ‘Looking Beyond the Terror Narrative: The British Muslim community in 10 Years Time’ to be chaired by Dr Abdelwahab el-Affendi, Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Democracy, University of Westminster and co-ordinator of the Centre’s Democracy and Islam Programme.
