The Muslim Council of Britain has today submitted a response to the Government’s public consultation of the Investigatory Powers Bill. The draft Investigatory Powers Bill will govern the use and oversight of investigatory powers by law enforcement and the security and intelligence agencies.
Included in the response are concerns raised by MCB’s affiliates, as well as two recommendations put forward by the Muslim Council.
