Introducing the Institutional Capacity Building Initiative (ICBI)
The Institutional Capacity Building Initiative (ICBI) is a new and pro-bono project of the MCB to support their affiliates with their organisational capabilities and in the areas they need professional support in.
Dr Abdul Bari, Chair of the ICBI said, “We wanted to ensure that our institutions are equipped to not only survive but thrive as we look to take our communities into an uncertain future. The ICBI will bring together experts from a wide range of fields from Charity Law and Facilities Management to Media and Human Resources.”
Farooq Murad, Secretary General of the MCB, endorsing the initiative said: “The Institutional Capacity Building Initiative (ICBI) promises to be a tremendous pro-bono offering to our affiliates and serves as something the MCB can give back to you, our member organisations, for all your years of support. Whether you are a new institution or have been established for years the ICBI offers the chance to share expertise and collectively help one another grow and strengthen our services to the community.”
