The Muslim Council of Britain today condemned the murder of Glasgow resident Asad Shah, killed yesterday in Scotland.
Dr Shuja Shafi, Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Britain said: “I condemn the murder of Asad Shah that took place in Glasgow. I understand the perpetrator of this religiously aggrevated crime has been arrested and charged. There is no place for hatred of this kind and I condemn it utterly. My thoughts are with the family of the victim.”
