About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Manager to lead our engagement initiatives and build meaningful partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Build partnerships with local schools, councils, and community organizations
• Organize community events, workshops, and interfaith dialogues
• Manage volunteer programs and coordinate outreach activities
• Represent the organization at public events and meetings
• Create reports on community impact and engagement metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in community engagement or outreach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Valid UK driving license
