About the Role
Lead our fundraising strategy to support community programs and mosque development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual fundraising strategy
- Manage major donor relationships and corporate partnerships
- Organize Ramadan and Eid fundraising campaigns
- Coordinate charity events and appeals
- Ensure compliance with Charity Commission regulations
- Manage Gift Aid claims and donor database
Requirements
- 5+ years fundraising experience, preferably in charity sector
- Track record of securing major gifts
- Knowledge of Islamic giving (Zakat, Sadaqah)
- CRM and database management experience
- Excellent relationship-building skills
