Imam qualification transparency
Assesses the transparent publication of the Imam's qualifications. This practice embodies Bayān (clear disclosure), Kafāʾah (competence), and Tabayyun (verification). Rooted in the classical scholarly tradition of acquiring sacred knowledge exclusively from verified experts (Ahl al-Dhikr), this openness directly supports the higher objective of preserving religion (Ḥifẓ al-Dīn). Consequently, it reinforces community trust (Amānah) and assures stakeholders of the credibility and expertise guiding their spiritual and educational development.
Assessment Questions
- How does the organization make the Imam's qualifications and credentials known to the community?
- Is there a formal, documented process for publishing and updating the Imam's qualifications?
- Where is this information made publicly and easily accessible (e.g., website 'About Us' page, notice board, newsletters)?
- How does the organization ensure the published information is current, accurate, and sufficient to build community trust in the Imam's competence (Kafāʾah)?

- A direct link to the webpage(s) featuring the Imam's qualifications and biography.
- A copy of the organization's policy or standard operating procedure for communicating leadership credentials.
- Screenshots or copies of newsletters, annual reports, or social media posts that introduce the Imam and their qualifications.

- Accessibility scan report (e.g., WAVE/Axe) and manual checklist.
