Formal Staff & Volunteer Wellbeing Program

This reflects the leadership's duty of Riʿāyah (care) and Raḥmah (mercy), and the obligation of Amānah (trust) to safeguard people. The program integrates safeguarding and people risk management, addressing psychosocial hazards (e.g., burnout, trauma) to prevent harm (Lā ḍarar wa lā ḍirār). It advances the maqāṣid by protecting life (Hifz al-nafs) and intellect (Hifz al-‘aql), ensuring workloads align with the Qur’anic principle of ease (Qur’an 2:185) and operational resilience.
