It requires a robust governance framework where safeguarding is treated as an 'Amanah' (trust), including mandatory vetting, supervision ratios, and risk management. Furthermore, the organization must demonstrate a 'closed-loop' feedback process (CAPA) to continuously improve program quality, safety, and spiritual value, ensuring a welcoming environment that strengthens family bonds (Silat al-Rahim).
