This practice embodies the Islamic principles of ʿAdl (justice), Riʿāyah (stewardship), and Mīzān (balance), ensuring equitable resource allocation and tailored support. Benchmarking is used to identify inequities, inform anticipatory reasonable adjustments, and prevent indirect discrimination—not to impose quotas. Strict data minimisation and student/parent co-production (Shūrā) ensure ethical stewardship (amānah) and voice-led support.
